Booking
Booking Terms and Conditions – Please Read Carefully:-
HIRING PERIOD: 2.30pm on day of arrival to 10.00am on day of departure.
DEPOSIT: is required to pre-book an apartment and is non-refundable.
BALANCE: payable in full on arrival to receive keys – cheques not accepted on day of arrival. Payment implies acceptance of all terms and conditions.
ALL PRICES FULLY INCLUSIVE
PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS: are held for 7 days only pending receipt of your deposit after which time the Proprietors reserve the right to re-let the accommodation. Your deposit will secure the booking.
BOOKING COMPLETION: please contact us prior to booking to confirm the availability of your apartment. Your booking is not complete until you have filled in your booking form and returned it to us with the relevant deposit. We will then send you an official receipt by post.
DETAILS OF PARTY: the party must be exactly as described on the booking form, unless previously agreed with the Proprietors. Maximum numbers in each apartment cannot exceed the stated capacity shown on our web site. Minimum age of the leader of each party must be 18.
SINGLE SEX BOOKINGS: Crystal Lodge does not accept single sex bookings except under special circumstances with prior agreement with the Proprietors.
CAR PARKING: reservation must be made at the time of booking your apartment, limited to one space per apartment. MPV’s/minibuses/vans cannot be accommodated without prior agreement with the Proprietors. All cars and contents parked at owners’ risk. Cars must be locked and all valuables removed. Gated car park access is at the rear of the building. Parking spaces will be allocated by the Proprietors on check in.
MOTORISED WHEELCHAIRS/SCOOTERS: may be accommodated with prior arrangement with the Proprietors.
CANCELLATION: deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation. The person in charge of the party is liable for the total cost of the holiday unless the apartment can be re let. Failure to arrive on the day of the booking will result in the balance due being charged in full. Holiday insurance is recommended.
CURTAILMEN T OF YOUR HOLIDAY: at the Proprietors’ discretion a credit note for a future holiday at Crystal Lodge may be issued should your holiday be curtailed.
VISITORS: are only allowed in the apartments between 10.00am and 8.00pm with the prior permission of the Proprietors. The Proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission to any person who, their opinion, is undesirable. Under no circumstances will visitors be allowed to stay overnight. KEYS ARE NEVER TO BE GIVEN TO VISITORS. Abuse of the above will lead to automatic termination of your letting.
VALUABLES: the Proprietors are not responsible for valuables left in the apartments. Guests should make their own arrangements for safe custody of their valuables.
DAMAGE: guests are responsible for all damage, breakages and missing items in their apartment. An inventory is held by the Proprietors who reserve the right to charge the full replacement cost of missing or damaged items.
ANIMALS AND PETS: cannot be accommodated.
TERMINATION OF LETTING: the Proprietors reserve the right to cancel a letting at any time without refund if, in their opinion, the behaviour of a guest is such that the comfort and enjoyment of others is thereby impaired.
